1. At 8:18, Feb 27th 2003, the second hot plating line broke ground. At the same year, Zhang Huixin, the legal representative attended the investment enterprises increasing meeting in Huadu district, the company decided to increase 20 million yuan to build a 2nd and 3rd heat plating line.

2. On Sep 2003, leaders from Labor Bureau, Safety Supervision Bureau, Technical supervision Bureau, and Environmental Protection Bureau inspected the company altogether.

3、In Sep 2003, Huadu environmental protection Bureau, together with Supervision Bureau of the joint and guidance, inspected company’ environmental protection and technical work. During this time, company passed certification of ISO9001 quality management system.
